HISTORY OF UNITED SPECIALIST

HEALTHCARE FOUNDATION

The United Specialist Healthcare Foundation started way back in September 9, 2014 as a core group of 7 professionals that formed the Charter of the non-profit organization. Concerned with the urgent needs of the immediate community in the United States, where it is based, the incorporators felt the need to band together to contribute their professional resources and expertise in helping to alleviate the healthcare conditions of those in need.

The organization is registered as a 501(C)(3) non-profit corporation with a public charity status 170 (b) (1) (A) (vi) on September 9, 2014. Members of the board of USHF are primarily composed of dedicated professionals in various fields primarily healthcare, public health, pharmaceuticals, law, finance, engineering and other fields of expertise who are committed to giving back to the community and sharing their blessings.

Concerned with helping to alleviate the plight of local indigents and with the authority to raise funds, USHF sought it proper to formalize its requirements with the local and federal government. In consultation with persons familiar with setting up non-profit groups, the proper requirements, paperwork and constituents laid down the framework for charity work to be made available primarily here in the U.S, the Philippines and other underserved countries.
